Strangers Treated Like Royalty Traveling Rt. 70 from CA. to N.J.. for family reunion. We pulled into Abilene for gas and noticed our vehicle was making a noise. We decided to spen Traveling Rt. 70 from CA. to N.J.. for family reunion. We pulled into Abilene for gas and noticed our vehicle was making a noise. We decided to spend the night and have our car looked at the next morning. After calling Triple AAA they recommended HOLM AUTOMOTIVE to us. We had our car towed to the shop and from there we were treated like royalty. Ross Taplin greeted us in the parking lot and opened up the shop for us. Jamie Avers took good care of us and informed us that our oil filter had a leak in it and just about all of the oil had drained out! (A tire tread from a truck had hit up underneath) along RT 70 earlier. While we were waiting Matt Holm came out to the waiting area and talked with us. Our vehicle was repaired within an hour at a reasonable price and never had any further problems with it during our trip. We even got a free lunch out of the deal! The automotive work was great and the customer service was absolutely wonderful! Thank you all so much! More

I called about the 2018 GMC Yukon Denali I wasn't sure if it had a feature or not that was a deal breaker if I was interested or not Jill was AWESOME! It didn't have the DVD system so Jill suggested the 2016 Cadillac Escalade Platinum ESV. It was even the colors I wanted it. It was PERFECT! We drove all the way from Hays to check it out.
