Received a Brocure on Equinox Sale and came to check. Mandy Sims was available to work with us and we bonded with her quickly. She was very helpful and kind. She wanted to know the color we liked and so Mandy Sims was available to work with us and we bonded with her quickly. She was very helpful and kind. She wanted to know the color we liked and soon she found the car for us to try. After taking for a test drive we decided this car would fit our needs. We said yes to finding out the particulars about purchasing. While she had her manager look at our car and do a little test drive she offered us coffee or water while we waited. After the disclosure we decided to take the Lease option. J.R.Marchbank came by to meet us and told us it would take him just a few minutes to get the paper work ready and he would come get us when he was prepared. Everything went smoothly. After we finished Mandy took us out to the Equinox and went over some final instructions for the cars operations. We were very satisfied with Mandy and would recommend her to anyone needing a salesperson to contact at Holm Automotive. More

Buying A Used Vehicle I had been in search of a used vehicle for a few months. I had found a Jeep Renegade at Holm in my price range and reached out to regard it. I could not have been more surprised be the professionalism and service that was offered to me there. I had been to over 6 dealerships and never received the kind of customer service, and work ethic that I did with Holm. I would love to explain in further detail below. The best part about this experience was the fact everyone was genuine. Everyone was happy to help, loved their job, and worked hard; I really believe that made the whole experience go very smoothly. When I first made the enquiry, Don Ballard, a salesman there immediately set up an appointment time. Before I arrived he had sent me a video of a walk around for the vehicle and stated he couldn't wait to work with me. This was nice because, he specifically took time out of his day to prepare for our appointment and reach out. This made my first impression start off on the right foot and it only got better. When I arrived, the car was already set to the side, gassed up, and ready to test drive. He was educated on the abilities of the vehicle and was ready to show other vehicles that met the same requirements I had. He made my decisions easy and once we decided on my vehicle it was a very quick process. I was drained from my search of vehicles the last few months, and to be honest I did plan on this visit going as well as it did. They were always willing to work around my schedule and by the time we sat down to do the paperwork, it was extremely efficient. I couldn't have been in there longer than 20 min. Jed was great, straight forward, to the point, and did his job marvelously. I will also state that he is the most well dressed employee, so good job:). Overall, as a small business owner, I truly believe companies should be recognized for exceeded excellence. The people that work there are phenomenal. I have, and will continue to send customers their way. I doubt I will buy a vehicle from anyone else ever again. More
