Oil change I’ve asked every time I’ve had my vehicle serviced to have it vacuumed. It’s never happened. Ever. Good experience under difficult circumstances We had trouble (transmission) on the highway. It was a Saturday morning and most places were closed. The service manager invited us in and offered to We had trouble (transmission) on the highway. It was a Saturday morning and most places were closed. The service manager invited us in and offered to try and work us in. We were just beginning a long trip and pulling a trailer. To make a long story short, the shop diagnosed the problem, sales offered to show us what was available and we bought a new Silverado. They fitted a trailer hitch that fit our trailer and offered to help transfer our cargo from the old vehicle to new. Very nice folks, extremely helpful and understanding, no pressure at all, offering to rent us a car to get home if we preferred. We were back on our trip by mid afternoon. Very good dealer experience! More
