I live 120 miles away, so you know it took a special team to get me to drive that far! Don took care of me all the way through the process, Jed was great at handling the paperwork and financing. I rode my motorcycle to the dealership to pick up the truck. Brad in Service and Niles from the Collision Center figured out to use the lift to load the motorcycle, and six guys from the service department staff went above-and-beyond the call of duty to load my bike. =) Tim came out to congratulate me on my new truck. OIl change and other Took the van in to change oil and check air conditioning. It was not blowing as cold as it had been. The was low so they took care of that. Also needed a front end alignment. Chuck called me and let me know what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. I advised him to complete the work and it was completed in a timely manner and I had my van back. All in less than a day. More
