Tim (I’m sorry if it’s not Tim, the guy who works in the office with Dede) helped to install my baby car seat in both the rental and my vehicle when it was done out of the kindness of his heart. They also made the price match the quote they had given me to avoid extra heartache on my end. I’ll continue to do business with them and no others. More

A+ Customer Service I made an online appointment for an oil change. At the time, I didn't realize I should have included a tire rotation. When I arrived at the service de I made an online appointment for an oil change. At the time, I didn't realize I should have included a tire rotation. When I arrived at the service department, Chuck Loader let me know my vehicle was due to have the tires rotated and assured me it was "no problem" to have it done. Upon checking out, he also let me know a couple things that might require attention in the future. I feel confident driving during these hot summer days knowing that Holm Chevrolet serviced (and checked) my vehicle out! More

As they were specialty tires, they were not in stock in anywhere nearby, but I was able to get tires shipped overnight. The team installed the new tires as soon as they arrived on Friday morning, allowing me to finish my cross country road trip. They were exceptionally friendly and worked hard to ensure I didn't have to wait until the following Monday to resolve my issue. More
