Great experience buying long distance! I searched for the perfect 2015 Chevy Tahoe and could not find one locally, but Holm automotive (5 hours away) had EXACTLY what I was looking for. I wasn’t in a position to drive that far to look at the vehicle, but was very nervous about buying online. I asked Jill a ton of questions over a one week period including requesting pictures of any imperfections on the body of the car. She quickly and honestly answered my questions and was NEVER pushy like most car sales people I had previously dealt with. Once I decided to purchase, the rest of the Holm staff was just as wonderful. The vehicle was delivered in exactly the condition she described and I couldn’t be happier. No complaints! I also appreciated the follow up after delivery. More

The sales process went fairly quickly as those things go and we were happy with the final purchase price. Jerry and JR were genuine, friendly, and helpful. tire problem While traveling on I-70 we ran over something and punctured the right rear tire of a Z 06. The dealer took us in and determined it was not repairable While traveling on I-70 we ran over something and punctured the right rear tire of a Z 06. The dealer took us in and determined it was not repairable and searched to get a replacement of this off normal size by noon the next day. Only 27 hours later we were on the way again with the personal send off by Tim Holm the owner. All service people were very accommodating. More
