It's a huge, comforting relief to know that my Impala is in great hands during the service. It's also very comforting to be welcomed, respected, and engaged in conversation with the Service Department staff. Chuck Loader is a wonderful service advisor! He's always got a great attitude, and he's ready to answer any questions I have. The waiting area at the dealership is nice. It's fun striking up conversations with fellow customers, and finding out that this is the only place they'll have their vehicles serviced. Chuck’s the Man! Contacted Chuck about a Check Engine light that came on in my car on my way to work.
