Great First Time Experience! I purchased my very first vehicle (Used, Dodge Challenger) from Holms about 2 days ago and can’t explain enough how much Eric did for me to get me my I purchased my very first vehicle (Used, Dodge Challenger) from Holms about 2 days ago and can’t explain enough how much Eric did for me to get me my new ride! Eric went above and beyond for me to make sure that I was able to test drive this car by getting it back from Salina, it was about to go to auction to be sold, and had it brought back to Holms. As I was coming to my final decision Eric made sure that I had all the information that I needed to make sure that I made the correct decision in my purchase. Eric made sure that I knew that if I had any questions before I bought the car that I was free to call him at any time. After I bought the car he made sure that it was ready for me to drive when I was done signing he papers and told me again that if I had any questions to not hesitate to ask! I also had JR help me with finances on my car. JR was great he made sure that I understood the information for every paper that I signed JR also gave me a couple extended warranty options and made sure that I understood what they entailed. If I had a question about anything on the paperwork or the warranty he listened to me until I was done with my questions and made sure that I understood before he proceeded with the rest. Both Eric and JR did a great job in making my purchase a great experience and making me sure that this is the Dealership that I want to use for years to come! More

Great sales people and loan people Whomever detailed our 2006 truck did an awful job. Dog hair, dirt in a lot of places. The air vents were dirty. Service appointment I had an appointment for service on my truck, My husband call and told them I was going to be late,.
