Amazing Grace I took my car in to the Service Dept to have the tires aired and walked into the Showroom to gaze at the new cars while waiting. In talking with Jerry I took my car in to the Service Dept to have the tires aired and walked into the Showroom to gaze at the new cars while waiting. In talking with Jerry one of the salesman, I shared with him the problems I was having with my 2007 Impala. He recommended that I go with a new car that would be maintenance free. They, Jerry, JR and Ross found a new one that fits my budget and is saving me a lot of worry, fear of breaking down and high repair costs. They went to bat and worked hard for me. Exceptional Customer Service! We were traveling cross country 12-13 August when the check engine light came on in our 2014 Cadillac CTS. Fortunately, our hotel in Salina was just We were traveling cross country 12-13 August when the check engine light came on in our 2014 Cadillac CTS. Fortunately, our hotel in Salina was just 2 blocks down the road from a GMC/Cadillac dealer. When we left the hotel on 13 August we went to that dealership and they told us it would take several hours to look at our car and that they would not be able to do any warranty repairs. They told us that Holm Automotive in Abilene could do warranty repairs so I called and talked with Greg in the service department. Greg was amazing. I called him from Salina at 9:48 AM and he told me he would have the car checked out by 11:00. We drove to Abilene and Greg took the car in right at 11:00 like he said. They found and corrected the problem. They changed the oil and rotated the tires while they were at it. While we were waiting Greg came in twice and gave us an update. After a couple of hours they were all finished. When it came time to pay I was very surprised the bill was no higher than it was. I was expecting much more. Greg and the folks at Holm fixed our car and got us back on the road with just a couple of hours delay. The service was exceptional!! Thank you!! More
