Making a bad situation better. I was in an accident today and was not at fault but my car was still damaged greatly. I took it straight to Holm Automotive and their fantastic body I was in an accident today and was not at fault but my car was still damaged greatly. I took it straight to Holm Automotive and their fantastic body shop. Dede greeted me like an old friend and let me know some steps I could take to make the situation run smoother with insurance. She immediately tried to locate me a rental car. On my way to the rental desk, I stopped and was greeted by Niles and again was treated like family. I know that he'll work hard to make sure I'm not waiting on parts when it comes to the repairs. Once at the front of the dealership, Michelle, Matt & Ross took time from their very busy days to see if it was a good time for me to get out of my lease and into a new vehicle. Because why not get something new instead of driving the old wrecked car right!! :) In the end I'll be having my car repaired there but I was still given an upgrade on my rental to accommodate my needs as a part time DJ. Tim, himself even came out to make sure that I was feeling ok after the accident first and that I was being well taken care of. Purchasing a different vehicle On November 13, 2017, my wife and I took our 2007 Cadillac DTS with 116,000 plus miles on it in for a "check engine" light consultation. As we pulled On November 13, 2017, my wife and I took our 2007 Cadillac DTS with 116,000 plus miles on it in for a "check engine" light consultation. As we pulled into the parking lot at Holm Auto Center, I noticed a Tahoe setting on a ramp display. I have admired those vehicles for almost a year, but having been a Cadillac owner for 34 years, never thought I could give up my Cadillac. While our car was being serviced, I asked Chris Eckert, if I could just look inside the Tahoe. "Sure, no problem" he stated. Looking inside was the beginning of a new relationship. Then Chris stated, "I was welcome to take the Tahoe for a drive". I responded with "No, that would be a huge mistake on my part." I walked around the lot some more being drawn back to the "gently used" Tahoe. Chris was still in the showroom. I told him I changed my mind and my wife and I wanted to test drive the Tahoe. We did and "the rest is history." Eric Altwegg has been our salesperson since 2000. Upon his arrival, we began the paperwork to work a deal, which included working with Corey Neufeld and the financial/used car team. There was a "drop dead" payment, which we had to have in order to make the deal. The team was amazing!!! Our expectations were met and to some degree exceeded. This is the kind of team we have worked with on 14 of our own purchases, The awesome service staff is another reason we remain loyal customers and make regular referrals to Holm Automotive. Tim Holm completed our visit on the day we purchased the Tahoe. He was rather surprised that we would no longer be Cadillac owners, but congratulated us on our purchase and stated how much he appreciated our valued relationship. Holm Auto Center is a "family" to us. They take care of us and we show our appreciation by providing referrals and my wife's outstanding baked goods on special occasions. More

Unexpected Purchase On Monday, 13 November 2017, my husband and I took our 2007 Cadillac DTS for oil change service. While it was being serviced, my husband eyed the 2011 On Monday, 13 November 2017, my husband and I took our 2007 Cadillac DTS for oil change service. While it was being serviced, my husband eyed the 2011 Chevy Tahoe. He asked me to go with him to test drive. I liked the ride. It rode like our 2017 Silverado LTZ. I liked that it wasn't too high to get in and out. Returning the vehicle, we spoke with Chris Eckert, Eric Altwegg and Corey Neufled. We had a budget and did not want to go over that amount if we were to purchase the Tahoe. Corey worked with us and made it happened. So we are now the proud owners of 2011 Chevy Tahoe thanks to all the wonderful guys at Holm Auto. We have purchased and leased venicles with Holm Auto since 2000 and happy that we did. We will refer our friends to Holm Auto, they have the greatest Customer Service one can ask for. More
