They were very very friendly, always asking if we were happy or if they could get us something. I didn't notice how dirty it was till after we paid for it. Other then that the people there are great. Service appointment I had an appointment for service on my truck, My husband call and told them I was going to be late,. I was a 1/2 hour late and they were still able I had an appointment for service on my truck, My husband call and told them I was going to be late,. JR made the financing an easy process, and was pleasant to work with. I had bought a 07 Impala several years ago (with the help of Michelle and JR) and still have it. It works great and a very nice car. Our 2012 Silverado is just what we wanted, and love it. The service department checked it out and made needed repairs. We did have one minor problem that was quickly fixed. The service department is extra clean, friendly, and the people that work there are top notch. The waiting area is pleasant. In stark contrast, we made a mistake of buying a vehicle from a Salina dealership a few years ago, and it made us appreciate Holm's even more. The Salina dealer sold us a vehicle that needed basic things that they claimed they checked out (they didn't). There was a minor problem and the service department and the salesman had a "no can do" attitude. My usually laid-backed husband finally got it resolved after getting very angry. A Horrible experience. In summary, go to Holm's for your vehicle. It really is 5 stars...... More

Dream Truck I came to this dealership to look for a vehicle only on the basis that I wanted a new one and had to find one i could afford. I liked the new Tahoes I came to this dealership to look for a vehicle only on the basis that I wanted a new one and had to find one i could afford. I liked the new Tahoes and Suburbans, but never thought I could afford one. By a twist of fate, Jill (our sales star) pulled a 2015 Chevy Suburban out of inventory and we literally saw beams of light shining from it (all we needed were angels singing). I fell in love and the rest is history. The transparency and high level of care was worth more than anything. That alone made me buy. I am appreciative to Holm's Auto for helping me find my "forever" truck. Being a military family, trust is especially important, so again....Thank you!! More
