Everyone in this dealership from Tim Holm to the sales personnel, to financing personnel, to the service department are like family. They care about each other and show respect among themselves. The same feeling exists between customers, new or old, when they walk thru the dealership door. My wife and I have worked with Eric and he goes out of his way to show options that enable the experience to be low stress and comfortable. This particular experience I was dead set on a purchase rather than a lease. Eric was very respectful and asked if he could at least show me the options. I allowed him to do so and before all was said and done I saved approximately $2000 over the next three years by following his recommendation. Well done Eric.
