Good experience I was originally looking for a 2011 or 2012 silverado. Eric was very helpful in trying to match up my budget with what they had in stock. While I wasn't able to work a deal on the vehicle I wanted, Eric, Hunter and the finance team helped me to find another vehicle on their lot that was a better financial fit than the one I had originally looked at. I came to Holm expecting a high pressure, miserable experience. I was surprised, to say the least. I had been to other dealerships-one of which tried the classic two-salesmen-per-customer, don't-give-you-your-key-back-so-you-can-leave approach, and I couldn't stand it. What surprised me is that Holm automotive didn't use that approach. The purchase experience with Eric and Hunter was very customer-centric, I liked how the conversation focused more on what I could afford versus what they wanted to sell me. I did not expect, at all, to meet the owner of the place during the purchase process, yet a brief introduction to Mr Holm and a pleasant conversation was a nice touch. I returned to the dealership a week after the sale-the truck had a slight rattle under the bed- and the guys that serviced the vehicle did sothoroughly and professionally. These guys took the truck out for a test drive, checked out the undercarriage and found that the culprit was, of all things, a loose bed bolt. I was there and back on the road in an hour. I will certainly return for another vehicle if the need arises. More

They had the part and offered to take car of me right away. While that work was being done they also noticed something that could be taken care of proactively before I ran into another issue. I can't say enough thanks to Greg Bilderback for not only his fantastic service, but his taking the time to notice my stress level and going out of his way to make my visit a positive experience! The whole team is great - you can tell by the smiles on their faces that they enjoy working there and making their customers smile. A Great Experience We just had our 2nd baby and our current vehicle was a tight fit for us. We do a lot of traveling so space was a big issue. We looked at all different kinds of suvs, trucks, and cars for over 2 weeks. Since we have a toddler we preferred to have leather and a tv (which wasn't too big of an issue cause we had portable DVD players we could install, but it would be a bonus) to make traveling and cleanup easier. We found a Towne and Country van on the internet and decided to take a trip and check it out. Our salesman, Dave, was great. He gave us multiple options to look at, but the van wasn't ready just yet so it wasn't exactly on the list. My husband and I kept going back and forth we just weren't sure. Dave worked his magic and we were able to check out the van anyways and we immediately knew it was the right vehicle for us! It had all the extras we wanted, less miles, and a great price! The space is great and it has worked out so well for us! We appreciate Dave and Pat for working with us to get us in our "new to us" van! More
