Every one that walked by me said hello and the salesman (Chuck Stein) that I dealt with was very nice and did what he said he would do. The gentleman (JR) I had to do the paper work with was a very happy guy with a lot of pep and was fun to work with. The other guy (Cory) that had to fill in for the JR when I went back to take out an extended warranty that was offered when I bought the car was also very nice and was very good at doing his job. The only person that didn't speak to me was the owner (Tim) who seemed busy at the time I was there. I'd say all his employees do an outstanding job. More

Took my car in for an oil change and coolant flush. Holm Automotive has an excellent service department. It is always clean and doesn't smell like a shop. Chuck is always courteous and makes sure you understand exactly what is planned for your car. During the inspection on my car they found some additional issues and were able to take care of all of them that day so I didn't have to come back for another visit. Chuck Loader Cares Being a college student almost 1000 miles away from home, it can be a little nerve racking to break down in a town you are completely unfamiliar with. Being a college student almost 1000 miles away from home, it can be a little nerve racking to break down in a town you are completely unfamiliar with. That is what happened to me just across the way from Holm Automotive last week. I happened to be in on business for my internship and my truck would not start after filling up with gas across the street. Luckily a coworker was able to tow me to the dealership where I left a note to please call me the next morning as I was stranded and was due back in Ohio the next evening. To my surprise, I received a phone call from Chuck before the shop was even set to open the very next morning saying my truck was starting just fine. I was really relieved but once I told Chuck I had plans to drive it 13 hours home through the night, he said he wanted to keep it and look further into things so that we could be certain I wouldn't get stranded again. When I stopped in to see how things were going around lunch time he said he had tried everything he could and had no luck finding a problem but it was starting just fine. Being in school I was very scared to see the bill but to my surprise, he said I didn't owe him a dime. He even called the next morning to see how I fared. You're a life saver Chuck, thank you so much for what you did. I will not forget this, stay in touch. More
