My only reason for giving a 4 star rating and not a 5 is dealing with Corey, the finance guy, leaves a little bit to be desired. When I told him we were financing the vehicles elsewhere, he was a little taken aback and somewhat defensive. Full disclosure - I'm a loan officer at a local bank, so I had my financing already lined up well before we got there. Corey seemed to think that not financing with them would cost me more interest money, but he had no knowledge of my financing arrangements. And, so far, service after the sale is great. I had a few minor things on my pickup and they were taken care of for free. Also, my wife's battery died two weeks after purchase, so they replaced it for free. We like dealing with Holm. More

Beautiful used car, friendly service Jeff took on the task of searching for another vehicle for me, as my newly purchased car wasn't what I really cared for. He took the time to let me know when some nice used cars came in. I checked them out on the Holm Automotive web site, and was interested in a couple of them. Jeff let me drive a beautiful used Acadia, and after having driven it around town for a while, decided it was the vehicle for me. Jeff set up the Onstar, and got my cell phone paired to the Bluetooth and working smoothly. Jeff is always friendly and helpful, and lets me know I can call him any time if I have and additional questions about my car. I will certainly go back to Holm Automotive when ever I decide to trade vehicles again because of Jeff's professionalism and knowledge, but this is such a nice car, I may want to keep it for a long, long time! More
