Just what I was looking for I found the car that I wanted on line and when I found out that it was at Holm Automotive in Abilene I was very happy. He is very knowledgeable and was kind enough to answer all of our questions without any hesitation. He did not try to pressure us into a more expensive car. So I stopped in at 6PM --- I'm sure as the shop had closed--- but Greg Bilderback came out and scoped out my situation, spending 10-15 minutes explaining things. They didn't have a replacement hose but Greg assured me my fix should make it to Denver. I really appreciate Greg taking the time to attend to my matter even at such a late hour. I'd have them service my vehicle if I lived in the vicinity. More

Vehicle Maintenance On 04/24/2017, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to have the service air bag light looked at as it was staying on. While I was there, the ser On 04/24/2017, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to have the service air bag light looked at as it was staying on. While I was there, the service department was quick to point at that I could have my tires rotated for free as well since I had recently purchased the vehicle from there. At first, I was to come up with the money for the service for the air bag light. However, Eric Altwegg (purchased the vehicle from him) went to the service department where the service department was looking for a solution to the problem and ways to help me out (Chuck/Jamie/Greg). There they found there was still some warranty or recall on this problem and they fixed at no cost. They worked hard and truly cared about fixing and make the situation best for me. Thanks for all their hard work and their customer service was beyond excellent. More
