They always get me in and out quickly. They are concerned about things I may not have noticed and check them out while changing my oil but I don't feel like they are trying to find something to fix ($). They seem genuinely interested in keeping my vehicle in working order so I am a happy customer. While I am waiting my salesman always checks on me to see if I need anything and they give me a ride to work and deliver my car when I am working. I feel like I have my own personal car crew!!!! I went to Holm Automotive thinking that I needed new breaks after going to two previous Honda dealers to get oil changes, these two Honda dealers told I went to Holm Automotive thinking that I needed new breaks after going to two previous Honda dealers to get oil changes, these two Honda dealers told me that I needed new breaks. It turns out I didn't need new brakes at all, still had atleast 5mm on my break pads. This service center is very honest, and don't try to take financial advantage of people on services that aren't necessary! More

Mandi Sims was extremely professional in making me feel comfortable with inspecting the car and going over the vehicle history and the test drive. Unfortunately on my end I couldn't afford the financing for the Cruze but, they had Chevy Sonic that they had on the market. The MPG was close to what I was looking for and the Sonic drove a lot nicer than the Cruze and felt a lot more comfortable overall. Mr. Marchbank had quickly started shooting financial numbers, payments, and loan options towards me in a concise and professional manner and was eager to fulfill my needs. I definitely look forward to doing business with them in the future and pushing potential business their way. More
