We drove over from Andover to look at a car I had seen online.Prior to arriving I had spoken to Jerry who got the car ready for us to test drive once we arrived. He even offered to meet us halfway. We looked at the car on Saturday and decided we wanted it on Monday. I talked to JR and Corey over the phone to get all the financial info worked out. We had already gone through our bank for the loan but Jr offered to see what rates were available through their lenders. They ended up getting us a better rate!Jerry was in constant contact with us, easily accessible to address every question or concern we might have. We arrived Tuesday for car pick up. Met with Corey who went over all the paper work in a flash. Jerry had heard this was to be a birthday gift for me from my husband so he troubled himself enough to put a giant bow on top.Now that's service!
