Excellent and Professional I called Chuck approximately 1 month prior to being in Abilene. He attempted to help diagnose the issue over the phone and even ordered the parts ahea I called Chuck approximately 1 month prior to being in Abilene. He attempted to help diagnose the issue over the phone and even ordered the parts ahead of time so they would be ready to install the day before Thanksgiving, when we would arrive in town. Chuck is a very informed Service Consultant whom does his job very well and is extremely professional. We live in SW Kansas and waited a month and a 4 hour drive just so we could take our vehicle to Holm Automotive, where we knew the service and treatment would be top of the line. More

Always enjoy my Holm experience In the past few years, I have purchased 5 cars from Holms--2 for my oldest son and 3 for myself. Hunter has always been the person I have worked with In the past few years, I have purchased 5 cars from Holms--2 for my oldest son and 3 for myself. Hunter has always been the person I have worked with as he always knows what I am looking for after I have told him what I need. I enjoy Hunter's humor, friendliness and friendship. The first cars were Cruzes-one for my son and one for me. These were used cars, in good shape with low mileage. The third car was a Spark which replaced a pickup and it is the car that I use for work. Alas my son had put on a lot of miles on his Cruze and we traded it in for a 2016 new Cruze--yes we like the Cruze. Recently I was considering trading in my and I leased a 2017 Cruze hatchback. WE both are happy with our new cars. Let me also say that when we have had problems with a car--this includes the ones we have traded in, we have always received good service. Do I like doing business with Holm Automotive and working with Hunter to find the right fit? YES! More
