Since we had an odd tire size that they didn't carry he would be glad to get one from junction city in less than 30 minutes. He knew we had a special family event in a short time in Kansas City. In less than an hour we were happily on our way. As we waiting in the waiting room we were offered refreshments. All associates that passed us by always had a smile on their faces.
