I also visited with the sales department about a new car...I'm not impressed with them, especially Jed Smith, who lacks knowledge-just does not know his products well at all. I let Jed know which vehicle I would like to look at, met him about three minutes later, took it for test drive and walked out the door with keys to my new vehicle by 7:15 PM. From the moment we got there, we were treated extremely well, as if we were longtime customers. Jamie Avers was very honest about what he felt comfortable fixing on our Lexus and what he thought could best be done by a Toyota agency. He made all the arrangements for us to get back to Manhattan and even called later to make sure everything had gone well. What was also impressive is that while we were waiting for the inspection on our car, we had a chance to observe other staff members and their interactions with customers.
