Second opinion I wanted a second opinion to see if I was being lied to by another dealership and I was referred to Chuck Loader at Holm Auto. Not only did Chuck have I wanted a second opinion to see if I was being lied to by another dealership and I was referred to Chuck Loader at Holm Auto. Not only did Chuck have price quotes ready for each instance, but he was able to get me in on the same day of my call within a few hours. After a quick check, my car was declared safe and sound with no indication of the "bad wheel bearings" diagnosis from the other dealership. Chuck has saved me over $750, the stress of deciding to fix my car or buy a new one (which the other dealership pressured me to do), or pay to rent a car for my long trip back home to visit family. I really do recommend anyone to visit Holm Auto if they have doubts about their current mechanic/dealership putting one over on them. Mine did, and they aren't mine anymore. More

"Outstanding" We ordered tires for our vehicle from Jamie Avers at Holm Automotive Center. They arrived on a Friday. On Saturday morning we called and asked if it w We ordered tires for our vehicle from Jamie Avers at Holm Automotive Center. They arrived on a Friday. On Saturday morning we called and asked if it would be possible to have the tires placed on our vehicle with an oil change and service that morning, as we were going to be passing through Abilene on our way to Manhattan to visit our son. Chuck Loader said, "Sure, we will try to work it in when you get here". When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and great hospitality. They quickly worked us in and we were soon on our way down the road. This is outstanding service in every aspect!!! More
