Above and beyond dealer I always buy my cars from Holm and take them to the dealer for service. It is great to be able to make an appointment on line and the service adviser I always buy my cars from Holm and take them to the dealer for service. To be honest, my present car has not needed any repair but the service is always fast and priced fairly. The dealership is clean and comfortable to wait for the completion of service. Excellent Experience My family has conducted business with Holm Automotive for 20+ years. Now that I am back in the area, there is no where else I'd purchase a car from, My family has conducted business with Holm Automotive for 20+ years. Now that I am back in the area, there is no where else I'd purchase a car from, or take my car for service. After making an appointment to have my oil changed, I dropped off my car a few hours earlier than the scheduled appointment. Chuck Loader welcomed me to the facility and communicated that all would be taken care of. I received a call 1 hour before my actual appointment that my vehicle was completed and ready to pick up at my convenience. I am continually impressed with Chuck's professionalism and kindness. Service and Repair work. I had some problems with my 2005 Cadillac CTS and I took it to Holm Automotive Center where I spoke with Chuck Loader. He was able to get my car in right away and they gave me a complete run down of my car. Chuck pulled together quotes and they fixed my car in a very timely fashion and the quality of the work is excellent. I will always take my vehicles to Holm's now to get service work and repairs done. In the near future, I believe I will be buying my next new car from there as well.
