We were both impressed with his level of communication -- he always returned our phone calls and texts promptly. He encouraged us to transfer our car seats to the Suburban for the test drive to make sure the vehicle would work for our family. From the time we made a decision to purchase, we were on our way home with the vehicle in about an hour. A week after owning it, Jed called to see if we were happy and to tell us he found the remote to the rear entertainment center and was mailing it to our house. Used auto I started dealing early in day, finished up early evening, waiting for the car to be cleaned up and checked over. I had to leave early the next mornin I started dealing early in day, finished up early evening, waiting for the car to be cleaned up and checked over. I had to leave early the next morning on a business trip. The auto was supposed to have been checked over. The driver's side door is out of adjustment; driver's side mirror will not adjust up and down; the display on the climate control is not working. I was on the road for nearly a week and 2000 miles, well over the very limited warrantee. I would have expected the things to have been fixed or brought to my attention so I could decide to take it that way or not. I can live with my choice but it does leave me with a bad taste in my mouth. More
