Great customer service continues Several weeks ago the alternator failed on my car. Parts are not available for the car at local parts stores yet. Although I purchased my car from Holm Auto over 1 year ago when I called I received excellent help. I live over 100 mi from Abilene and a Senior Citizen. Hunter found the part at Hendrick motor in Merriam, KS. He also gave me all the information I needed including the warranty coverage. Hendrick tech person helped me arrange for the tow and repairs. This was all accomplished in one day with little stress. I was very happy! More

He goes out of his way to help and if you don't have what we want he looks until he finds it. He will call us a short time after we purchase a vehicle to see if everything is going ok. We hear from him periodically after that and it means a lot. We have developed a friendship with the Holm family and we will be back! More

Not only was the price the best in the area, but for the options we wanted, it was the best price within 800 miles. Jed, our salesman, was knowledgable, friendly, and never pushy. We were both impressed with his level of communication -- he always returned our phone calls and texts promptly. He encouraged us to transfer our car seats to the Suburban for the test drive to make sure the vehicle would work for our family. From the time we made a decision to purchase, we were on our way home with the vehicle in about an hour. A week after owning it, Jed called to see if we were happy and to tell us he found the remote to the rear entertainment center and was mailing it to our house.
