Mr Loader was very helpful in assisting me with the problem that I had with my Traverse. He informed me that the problem with my windshield pump was very minor and the time it took to replace the fuse problem that I had with my Traverse. I had no appointment. Stopped to ask a out noise in rear axle. They suspected a rear wheel bearing. I was sent home in a rental car for safety reasons.
