My wife and I had been looking for a new car for sometime. I listed my car through the autotrader site and it directed me to Brent. He got back to me quickly and within a week we had an appointme sometime. I listed my car through the autotrader site and it directed me to Brent. He got back to me quickly and within a week we had an appointment to test drive 3 cars. When we got there all 3 were ready for us. After we were done testing them out, we went in and had a no hassle conversation about pricing and figuring things out. We went home to think about it some more and within a couple days we called them back to let them know which vehicle we selected. We had to wait a couple weeks for something else to work itself out and Holm had no issues waiting for us. When we finally went in to finalize everything they were very friendly and nice and made it a no hassle situation for us. Over all we were both very happy with our time there and would go back again. After our accident where our car was totaled, Chuck told us he had a very nice, clean 2008 Cadillac just like the one we did have, except that it was not white! (Family joke!) Spoke with David Brooks in sales,I had numerous questions about a vehicle my wife saw on the internet. He called me back within the hour with answers to all my questions. David was very helpfull with all of our concerns and even got the price lowered. Corey Neufeld did the financing part of the purchase. He was very helpfull and explained everything as we did the sale.Both David and Corey went out of their way and even stayed an hour and a half after the dealership closed to complete the paperwork so we could drive our car home that night. We will return to Holm Automotive for future vehicle sales and service. Great dealership with Great overall staff. Highly recommend !!! More

Andy and his team responded by working with my insurance company and parts suppliers to get the truck back together. I have not had any issues with the repair job at all. I have been leasing, buying, and getting my vehicles serviced at Holm's Automotive since 1999. I wouldn't trust anywhere else to go for my automotive needs. I can call and ask for advice or an opinion from Chuck Loader or Jamie Avers on service needs without being "put off ". They are friendly and honest. Chris Eckert is my "go to man" when I am interested in a new car. He doesn't "high pressure" me and helps me make the correct choice for my next vehicle. I was thinking of buying a pick-up truck this time around. Chris asked me if I really needed a truck and that it would be higher payments than I was paying now. Chris suggested that I just upgrade to a bigger SUV to give me the space I needed in order for me to get items I needed for our home repairs. That's why I settled for a 2014 Traverse. I got the extra room I needed and my payments are reasonable. Pat Magee did all the financial work for me. He saw to it that I had all the necessary warranties to cover the vehicle from top to bottom. He was able to set up my electronic payment from the 2011 Equinox to the 2014 Traverse. Pat didn't suggest that I pay for coverage that I already had with my car insurance company. He explained to me what all the paper work was and showed me what my credit rating was. I can't complain about anything with Holm' Automotive. Tim Holm is so friendly and calls you by name. His dealership is so nice. He just remodeled it and has a much bigger waiting room to relax in while waiting for our services to be done on our vehicle. Plus, they have great coffee. I'm happy with everyone there. You don't find that kind of friendship from many businesses. So go visit Holm's Automotive and become part of their family. More
