My experience with the largest metro area dealerships has been the poorest while here in Abilene, Kansas we find the best. Repeated followups after my purchase were appreciated Especially noticeable is the friendly and committed attitude you will find in all employees. Great dealership, great guys I only buy a new car every 5+ years or so, and when I do I like finding a place where the dealers are friendly and not overburdening. Holm Auto was t I only buy a new car every 5+ years or so, and when I do I like finding a place where the dealers are friendly and not overburdening. Holm Auto was that place for me after I moved to Kansas recently. We got out, went to look at the car I had seen online, and I said to my girlfriend "why haven't the dealers jumped all over us yet?" I thought that was a great start - no pressure right off the bat. We went in and met Hunter, and then got to take our new car out for a test drive. Again - not a lot of pressure and we could just decide if we liked the car ourselves over normal conversation while driving. After the test drive, we'd decided to try to make a deal on the car. That dance was typical for buying a car, though there wasn't a lot of the bait and switch or unnecessary haggling. We had a price in mind, we only asked for it three times, and we got it!! The whole process took a bit longer than we expected, but we were happy to be on our way home that evening in our new-to-us car!! Thanks Hunter and Brent! More
