Dodge Durango wouldn't start Friday morning our vehicle would not start- we call Chris and he go Chuck involved and set up a tow truck to come pick up our vehicle and get it to M Friday morning our vehicle would not start- we call Chris and he go Chuck involved and set up a tow truck to come pick up our vehicle and get it to Marshall motor here in Salina for Repair. Chuck and Chris kept in GREAT communication with me during this time and got us a loaner vehicle to drive during this time. Really appreciate the service they both gave me, it was greatly better than Marshall motor, whom wouldn't communicate well with me and it took 6 days to get the repairs completed! Thank you for all they did - was much appreciated!!! More

Service Work It is very rare that I will ever provide a review on an auto dealer, but Holm Automotive is the exception. Ever since we bought our two cars from Hol It is very rare that I will ever provide a review on an auto dealer, but Holm Automotive is the exception. Ever since we bought our two cars from Holm in 2012, we have continually returned for any of the service work on them. This includes oil changes, warranty work, tires or whatever. Holm has given us the impression that service after the sale is extremely important to them and it seems extremely rare in this day and age. We have two car dealers in our town and because of Holm, we will never go there again, we will drive the twenty miles to Abilene to get what we need done because they truly give us the impression that they care about the customer and will go out of their way to ensure that we do not get ripped off. Chuck and the guys in the Service Department are great to work with. I have not had any issues with them at all. More
