I was driving from kansas to oklahoma, trying to get home before a huge snow storm blew in. I am from Texas and do not do well with the cold, so to say I was freaking out is a bit of an understatement. I was before a huge snow storm blew in. I was driving on the highway and though I saw smoke from my car and smelled a burning smell, but me being me, I kept driving. Someone on the road next to me waved me down and said there was something wrong with my car and I should stop now, before I try to get to Salina. Thank goodness for this sweet man because I probably would have kept driving until I exploded. I went down the road to a chevy dealership, even though I have a jeep. I figured they could figure it out and get me on my way before the snow came. I took it in, I felt silly because I know 0% about cars and all I could tell them was the obvious, "something is wrong with my car and it smells bad." They told be to grab my school work and set me up at a table inside. I guess i need to do some homework anyways. People were coming and going and I was waiting to hear news about my car. Chuck came inside and told me I wasn't going anywhere. I immediately started to tear up, he said it was going to need a lot of work and parts, all I was thing was $$$. I remember that I had an extended warranty, only after talking to my dad on the phone, Chuck got on the phone with the warranty company and haggled with them for a while before they agreed to send a new front axel to Abilene, Kansas (still not sure where that even is, LOL). Chuck came and told the the good news, which was still bad news since I was stranded and a storm was coming. Chuck figured everything out for me and fought for me, he got me a rental and sent me on my way home to Norman, before the snow. I paid 0 money that day and got home safe and sound! I do not know what I would have done if it were for Holm Automotive, especially Chuck. He literally saved me that day. He always called to check in with me everyday that they had my car, even to say they were calling on the part to see where it was. The best part is, when my car was done, (which was very fast) they had someone meet me half way to exchange the rental for my car! I am so pleased and thankful for Chuck and his team! I even sent them a valentines card! LOVE THEM! More

The recently remodeled dealership is clean and attractive. There were several Buick Enclaves to choose from and Jeff pointed out the differences between them very thoroughly. I went in expecting to get a Cadillac SRX. Unfortuanatly they did not have one availabe at the time. Hunter worked with another agent to find one that we could test drive. Even offering to call up a good they did not have one availabe at the time. Hunter worked with another agent to find one that we could test drive. Even offering to call up a good customer to let us test drive theirs. They also looked for a lexus RX 450h for us as well. However, I really just wanted to test drive some cars that day. With much patience, Hunter took us on multiple test drives in various cars. He eventually put us behind the wheel of a Cadillac XTS sedan. He tells me the motor is the same as the SRX, and the features are the same as well, except it is a sedan and not a crossover. Well, needless to say, we fell in love with the XTS, no need for the SRX after all! We were offered a great deal on my old car (a honda accord), thanks to them partnering with auto trader. Next we got to spend time with Corey, he set up our leese agreement. He was also very friendly and went out of his way to help us. He even got us a even better price on our honda! (even though we were happy with the original price). He went through the paperwork quickly but thoroughly. He answered all of our questions. This was a great experience with Holm's automotive. As it always is, this is our 4th car from them! More

i went in for a service on my previous truck because of transmission problems, the repairs were more than i wanted to spend on my old truck but i knew i still owed money on it and no dealership would ever transmission problems, the repairs were more than i wanted to spend on my old truck but i knew i still owed money on it and no dealership would ever take it for trade needing a new transmission, but i decided to give it a shot, i was introduced to michelle, by chuck, the very professional service center consultant who was a big help, if it wasnt for him persuading me to talk to michelle about trading my truck in i would still be bumming rides to work, michelle was straight forward and very polite and answered all my questions and was honest about the stuff she didnt know, she didnt try to hide stuff or act like she knew something when she didnt, she introduced me to corey, and corey is super professional and will fight to get you what you want, at first i doubted him but after 2 days of hard searching corey found me the resources i needed to get out of my old truck and now im the owner of the truck of my dreams. thanks to all of yall. i would highly recommend holm auto to anybody More

We were very impressed by Holm Automotive! We have been to many dealerships and had many many very bad experiences!! From the moment we walked in the door- we were able to look at every vehicle we wanted to many dealerships and had many many very bad experiences!! From the moment we walked in the door- we were able to look at every vehicle we wanted to- without having to sit down and do any paperwork first. We were not talked into any vehicle but were helped with finding the perfect vehicle of our choice. We also took a few days to decide which vehicle was the right one for us and most dealerships we have dealt with have always called us right after we left and even every day for the next several days to weeks after we left; however, Holm Automotive did not do this!! We were always told that they would be happy to answer any questions and were very helpful and did not make us feel pressured to buy with them, which was amazing!!! They also offered us an amount on our trade in that we were not exactly happy with- so they made lots of phone calls and did in fact give us exactly what we were hoping for on our trade and worked very hard to get us the best pricing for our new vehicle. Hunter McMillen was our sales associate and he had the best customer service skills that I have ever witnessed at a car dealership. He worked with us for several days and made sure that we knew all of our options prior to purchasing the vehicle. He has absolutely made our car buying experience a wonderful one! We would highly recommend Holm Automotive if you are looking for a "new" vehicle! They will NOT pressure you. They WILL allow you to look at the vehicles of your choosing and will NOT pester you constantly until you have made up your mind!! More
