Incredibly helpful I was having a difficult time figuring out how to get my vehicle in for a service since I live over an hour away from the dealership. The scheduled maintence was performed and a Chuck even went above and beyond by checking on some issues he noticed that I hadn't so that my vehicle was safe for me once it was returned.
