I can't say enough about this dealership. Everyone treated me so fairly and I am grateful that they did. Yet, inspite of this, Holm Auto worked very hard on my behalf to qualify for a loan They didn't have to. I am still surprised at how hard Corey, Michelle and Matt went to work on helping me purchase a good used car that would last me for a while. They went beyond what other dealerships were willing to do for me. In fact other dealerships wouldn't even consider me, but Holm Auto did. When I arrived to pick up the car, Michelle greeted me so warmly, like I was an important member of the family. Corey continued that same family feeling in working out the final issues with the loan and loan payments. He even took the time to set up my payment plan and give me such good advice that will help me in the years to come. Matt was so supportive and encouraged me to keep up the good work I was doing. He was so sincere and I felt like a thank you to all of them was not enough for all they did for me. When people are in a tough spot, they need a helping hand to get restarted. From the moment I arrived at Holm Automotive Center, I was inundated with great customer service. Several people asked if I had been helped and I received immediate attention. Although the cost of service was inundated with great customer service. Several people asked if I had been helped and I received immediate attention. Although the cost of services was high, it was not a negative reflection on the service. In fact, Chuck commiserated with my plight and wished he could have done something to repair the problem that did not cost as much. The high price was due to an expensive part (power steering pump) needing replacement, so there really was nothing that could be done to minimize the cost. At any rate, the service people at Holm Automotive Center made me feel as if I were there only customer that day even though I wasn't. They offered to take me back to work. When I picked up my vehicle, the problem was clearly resolved and the vehicle was even clean! More
