Holiday Rescue During the Thanksgiving ice storm I ripped the rubber seal off of the back door of my Chevy Equinox when I forced the frozen door open. I could clear During the Thanksgiving ice storm I ripped the rubber seal off of the back door of my Chevy Equinox when I forced the frozen door open. I could clearly envision driving down the highway with air whistling through the gap created. I was not happy. I drove the Equinox in to Holm Automotive on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Greg Bilderback addressed the problem, putting us back on the road in less than 15 minutes at no cost to us. That was a "Wow!" performance that left both my wife and I giggling with delight. Thanks for the holiday rescue! More

Great service, so busy they took a little while. I was having trouble with my S10 truck and asked service to take a look at it. I had an appointment at 8, after an hour and a half they brought me the list to fix. After I did some checking I let them know what I wanted done and unfortunately my vehicle want done until 2:30. They gave me timely updates and offered me a complementary rental car as well as apologizing for the inconvenience. Very good customer service just took a little longer than expected. More
