The new facility is outstanding as well as how you are greeted and treated. I do not like to be pressured with statements like, 'the deal is good today if you make the buy ETC,". This trade was a leased Silverado for a 2014 Malibu. The sales managers, Tim Holm, and Chris Eckert were very patient. The final deal was great, but it was complex because of my needs. The service department, especially Jamie. He always get me in to service my purchase even on very short notice. The service department makes sure is done correct and done right. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. Even when I am just looking, they go the extra mile to entertain my thoughts of trading. I do recommend Holm Automotive Ctr to others. They also know that I do not want to haggle, give me the best offer the first time if possible. I rate them SIX Star. Tim will always come out and ask about my four daughters, what State, Country, or City are they are in. They do make you feel like family and are concerned about you and your purchase. More

We recently had our car repaired after a deer vs. vehicle collision. I went in just to browse vehicles. Talked to Chris Eckert about what I thought I wanted and what price range I wanted to be in. He went over both my options of buying and leasing answering all my questions w about what I thought I wanted and what price range I wanted to be in. I felt as though he was trying to give me what was best for my family and not just make a sale. Took his time to explain everything than brought the vehicle to the doors so we didnt have to be out in the cold. Once I decided that was the vehicle I wanted we went in to talk to the finance guys. Brent, Corey and Pat did a wonderful job meeting me where I wanted to be at. It was not an easy job but they were able to get me where I really wanted to as far as much I wanted for a trade-in, how much I wanted to put down and where I wanted my payment to be at. They tried to find every possible money saving rebate they could and discussed it with each other and me to be sure no one was missing anything. I took up almost 4 hours of their time but you never would have known. Never once did I feel rushed. Even when I doubted my decision they let me ask more questions and take my time deciding. There was No pressure what so ever. The night we brought the car home it snowed. I thought the wipers were not cleaning the windshields so I went in on Monday to talk to Brad about the wipers. Brad came out cleared my wipers off for me to check the wear. The wear was new. Chuck checked to make sure they were running properly, Agreed they were not clearing like they should. we let it sit for a while to warm up. Believe it was just too cold for the wipers to be making proper contact. (It was -10 degrees) Everyone was great about it. Said anytime I had any more questions to bring it back and they would answer them. Highly recommend Holm Auto to anyone. I was given great service from every part of the dealership. More
