I own a Toyota and was worried I would have to have body work done out of town. I called Andy Elliot-he made EVERYTHING simple and very easy for me to have the work done with them. He did everything as far as paperwork and dealing with the insurance company. I basically had to just drop my car off and pick it up. The guys did a super job on the bodywork! It looks awesome! When I dropped off my car, the inside was filthy...when I picked it up-I was SOO surprised that they had cleaned the inside too! That was GREAT! One less thing I had to do at an already busy time. That was such a nice surprise for me-it made my whole day!!!!! They did a fantastic job from start to finish! I would recommend Holm Automotive body shop to anyone and everyone!!!! We were traveling on vacation and Brian helped us get our key remotes going. The batteries died and needed to be replaced. As my family and I were returning to the greater Cincinnati area from a 12 state, 5000+ mile trip through the southwest, my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer suddenly lost power and the ability to drive at exp Cincinnati area from a 12 state, 5000+ mile trip through the southwest, my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer suddenly lost power and the ability to drive at expressway speeds. This happened on a Friday evening. We limped off the exit in Abilene, Kansas, 1000 miles from our final destination. After checking into a hotel, I searched for the nearest repair shop. Luckily, the Holm Automotive dealership was only a couple of doors down from our hotel which was right off the expressway. On Saturday, the service department diagnosed the problem to be the failure of the catalytic converter. Since a 2003 Trailblazer catalytic converter is not a standard stock item, Jamie Avers and his staff pulled out all the stops to help me find a replacement part. Although I ended up not getting the car repaired at their shop, I was impressed with the effort the Jamie went through to try to find the part and get it to the shop before they closed. I highly recommend this shop based on their customer service and willingness to help. More

Was traveling out of state visiting family when "Change Oil Soon" appeared on my Caddy's display. Love my local dealer but didn't want to risk waiting until I returned home so decided to see if H "Change Oil Soon" appeared on my Caddy's display. Called late in the day, told them I was about 6 miles away and they said just bring it right in. Not only did they change my oil quickly but even washed my SUV for me (it was a MESS due to highway bugs and gravel roads). Excellent service... So good if I can't find my next Escalade locally will definitely give these guys a shot. More

Went to Test drive a 2010 Chevy Traverse that I seen online. Jeremy was very helpful from the start. Everything went smoothly with the paperwork. It was time to look for another vehicle. We went to Holm Auto and talked to Pat as we had "Special Financing Concerns". Pat went out of his way to get us just what we needed to fit our budget. He had to be on "Overtime"! I had visited with David before and new him to be a hard worker and he was. He quickly took the finance details and found several options in vehicle to fit the financing. He helped us through the entire Sales Process and was very easy to talk to and I was able to understand exactly what the answers were to my questions. David is great! Ross took us through the final closing process as Pat was out of town. Ross picked up right where Pat left off. No hitches, no changes, no surprises except for how efficient Ross was. The Holm Auto team is exactly what one would expect in a fine city like Abilene. We are truely blessed to have this quality of "Friends" available to us. More
