I had a vehicle that I had purchased from another dealer 18 months prior and was very disatisfied with it. I got my cousin Dar's number from his mom and gave him a call to see if they still had any of the v 18 months prior and was very disatisfied with it. I got my cousin Dar's number from his mom and gave him a call to see if they still had any of the vehicles still on the lot that I had seen on line and he said that they did and if I wanted to come down and have a look that he could set me up with one of the sales people. I went down the next day and was introduced to Ross Taplin. Ross knew which vehicles that I was interested in and was ready to go when I got there. There was no pressure put on me to buy even during the test drive(I can't stand that) but I had already made up my mind to buy the black F-150 that I test drove. I will defintitely be back when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle. Ross hope you move up in the company but I'm dragging you back down to the sales floor when I'm ready for another vehicle. I wanted to trade-in my car and truck for a new car and a used truck. From the very minute I arrived in the parking lot, Cy was there offering to help in any way he could. The entire experience was very pleasurable and I was so pleased with my purchase and everyone that I met at this dealership spoke to us and looked us in the eye (didn't just look at the floor as they passed us or just said 'excuse me". Everyone had a big smile and said hello glad we came. I was also able to purchase a wonderful used Toyota truck for my husband. He had been looking for a good used truck that he could be assured that it had been "carefully gone over" and all systems were in great shape. I have used Holm Automotive as my preferred service center since moving to the Abilene area a few years ago. I hadn't had occasion to purchase a new vehicle from them until recently and I'm sorry I waited so long! Jeff Holm was my sales consultant and went out of his way to take care of me and my family. He helped us through the process of ordering our new Equinox and was extremely "low pressure" when it came time to make the deal. He also was very easy-going when I would call to ask about my order and build status. I also can't say enough good things about how well Pat Magee treated us. He really went the extra mile in explaining financing options, additional service coverage, and also finding discounts that applied to us. He really did treat us like family. All-in-all, I can't say enough positive things about the experience. I will certainly recommend Jeff and the rest of the gang at Holm Automotive to anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle. I'll also be heading to them first when it's time to replace my truck. More

Dave went the"extra mile" to find us the vehicle we were looking for. He spent the time to show us every detail of the vehicle operation. Went in to buy a used car. I only had an hour to look. Within twenty minutes I had a Jeep Liberty picked out. Within 40 minutes I was sitting in front of the finance manager. At 50 minutes I was driving away in my 2010 Jeep Liberty. It was quick and simple and everyone was very nice and helpful. After a week I had problems with the driver and passenger side windows going up and down and a leak in the rear window. When I called in Dave and Matt were quick to get me back in the shop and get the items fixed free of charge. No hassels and no bargaining. Just a simple request and they were right on it. We also were told that they would send the car to a Jeep dealer to have a diagnostic test done on the engine to help boost the fuel economy. I am impressed. This is my first buy at this dealer but it definitely wont be my last. Thanks Holm Auto, Matt, and Dave and anyone else I dealt with at this friendly dealership. I appreciate it and I love my new used Jeep. More
