I always have Holm Automotive service my company Jeep Liberty and always receive great service. Not only were they able to get my vehicle in the day before, but they also arranged transportation for me that day while my vehicle was being serviced. I am huge on customer service. I try to implement it in my business everyday. In this day and age, Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past, but not at Holm Chevrolet in Abilene Kansas. If you need great friendly service for your auto, I highly recommend this team. They are a top notch organization. More

I went in this last Friday, the 15th, and was immediately greeted by a very welcoming, friendly receiptionist who contacted Dave Surritte to help me. Dave was so polite and so very helpful. He worked with me throughout the day to help me decide on the vehicle that would fit my needs. He made sure that I had coffee during my visit and really bent over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of. When I left Holm's that day, I drove away in a beautiful 2008 Ford Taurus as a very happy customer. I work at Landmark National Bank in Manhattan in our Customer Service Dept. We are all about qualitylCustomer Service, therefore, I always notice the kind of customer service I receive in other businesses. I came back to Landmark on Tuesday telling my coworkers about the excellent customer service I received at Holm Automotive. Granted, I have only had my car for just a few days but based on my recent experience I will be a loyal customer of Holm Automotive and will refer my friends and family as well. ....and by the way, you would be wise to treat Dave Surritte as your valued employee... I showed up with a paper with information on a used van that I found on the web. It was in my price range and it was something I have been looking for. I'm a grandmother of 7 and David fully understood that the price was right and he didn't try to force a newer van or more expensive one on me. This is my first time ever purchesing a vechiel in my life. David asked me several time if I could see myself driving away in the van. We were happy with most aspects of our deals with Dave Surrette and Holm Automotive except for hail damage on our car,which we didn't see until after the deal was signed. We don't feel car dealers should be selling hail damaged vehicles. We got estimate at Clay Center to fix hail and it was cheaper than what Holm Automotive would do it for. The out of state title inspection should have been done by the dealer. We received it in the mail and had to go down to sheriff to get it inspected. In spite of these details, we were happy with Dave in helping us find our vehicle terrain and would recommend Dave Surrette. More

Overall I was pleased with my experience. I have to get into the right mood to think about buying a car. We've known Hunter for a number of years and I had stopped in to have some keys made. I told Hunter that at some point in time I might be ready to buy a car and he mentioned one that he thought I might like. that was Saturday and on Monday, I decided that I might look at the car. Hunter brought it to our house, helped me start our trade-in, helped us get the stuff out of the trade-in, and was at the dealership until all the paper work was finished. I have to say that Hunter;s attitude was what helped me make up my mind! More
