The car buying 6 months ago was less than average. The salesman was selfish and I would give him a 0/5 rating. Things were asked to be done before I left the dealership and they were only partially do The salesman was selfish and I would give him a 0/5 rating. Things were asked to be done before I left the dealership and they were only partially done and I realized it when I got home. Only after getting on interstate and having to find a safe place to turn around be the car had no fuel in it. Our service appointments have been lengthy and in the 6 months of owning the car something had been found for me to pay for before leaving. I appreciate thorough inspections of the car but I feel this will be an every appointment go around with every service appointment. The person who comes out to talk to us about said issues responded to my questions with 'I'm just the messenger.' As someone who's already dedicated 2 hours of drive time to come to Abilene for a service on a car I came to you to buy, this statement is the last thing I want to hear as it's a waste of my time. I want to continue business with Holm Automotive and in all of my past experiences before this car I would rate holm 5/5 but lately it's been 3/5 at best. Customer service is lacking and that has my actual issues a little more irritating. More
