Chuck Loader and Zack Wilkens were awesome on what started as a bad day. We broke down coming back to Missouri from Colorado and him and all the staff did everything they could to get us back on the r started as a bad day. We broke down coming back to Missouri from Colorado and him and all the staff did everything they could to get us back on the road as quickly as possible from helping finding the parts needed that they didn't have to having an employee traveling 30 miles to go get the last part we needed. i purchased my new Buick on June ,26 on July 26, a Sunday, I started to use my car and the battery was dead. I had it jump started, dropped it off at the dealership.Monday morning Chuck called me by Sunday, I started to use my car and the battery was dead. I had it jump started, dropped it off at the dealership.Monday morning Chuck called me by 8:15am to talk about my car. In the end my battery was bad, they replaced it for free and I picked it up that afternoon. Great service. More
