I had my vehicle towed in bc i was having transmission issues. I asked them to check the oil and look up why it wouldn't shift. They quoted me 5k in labor and repairs cost after checking the computer and issues. I asked them to check the oil and look up why it wouldn't shift. They quoted me 5k in labor and repairs cost after checking the computer and finding a sensor wasnt responding. Oil was never checked. I paid the $75.00 service fee and went looking for my car. They never did anything I asked. But aparently they were able to drive it another parking lot. So I guess it was a code issue which put it in limp mode bc I've driven it 2k miles since then and nothing changed maybe a wire was loose. But im their report, nothing was done but checking the computer and clearing the code. But the technician Chuck had me go 2 months without my vehicle for nothing explainable. Worst service ever. I felt they were just trying to scam me out of money. More
