New tires and correction of factory parts I came in for low air in tires and the team not only found the nail but noticed the tread and heard a sound that needed repair. "Be honest with me, do you need your car tomorrow?" UMM, YEA My husband took my car up Monday, the 30th to see if my car needed a new tire and they said it needed two new tires that they needed to order. Fine, My husband took my car up Monday, the 30th to see if my car needed a new tire and they said it needed two new tires that they needed to order. Fine, keep my car over night and get the tires. We went up the 31st to pick it up at 12:30 and it wasn't ready yet...they said they would call. We weren't too happy as they usually are more punctual with their service. Mike Wehling called me at 5:00 and said they're having a hard time getting a lift open to get my car in and said "Kari, be honest with me, do you need your car tomorrow?" I told him I needed my car to get to work Thursday morning so, yes, I needed my car. I don't appreciate getting talked to like I'm being dishonest in any way shape or form by him or anyone. That was no way to begin a conversation with me and it was definitely a way to end a relationship. They want me to give an overall rating of this service center. No stars here. You dropped the ball Holm's. I appreciate the tires but no way to treat customers as if they are being dishonest. Customer Service needs some work. More
