Trustworthy and informative as always We took our old secondary car in to be fixed. Do to distance and availability at the time, we bought a car from our local dealer here in Salina. We thought and felt the Tauras would have been more convenient for us older drivers. After a few weeks we discovered we were wrong. It was hard for us to get in and out of and hard to determine where the edges of the car were to the surrounding parking and driving lanes. It is totally bigger...but more compact in seating areas. We had forgotten how important it was (when having our car serviced) to have someone at the service department explain what and why things had to be done. Even if they had to go over the paperwork more than once, and had to explain it in ways we could understand. Did they completely fix our old pickup? No. But they did their best. I was told that the truck would have to be taken to a Mazda Service location where they had more sophisticated or newer diagnostic equipment.. I really think our next car will be purchased from Holm Automotive in Abiline. Not because of the sales, but because of the service department. They make us kind of feel like family.. More

Chuck Loader and service department I took my car in for engine light and asked Chuck if they could do an oil change also. They were so accommodating and was able to squeeze me in to tak I took my car in for engine light and asked Chuck if they could do an oil change also. They were so accommodating and was able to squeeze me in to take care of the oil change. Chuck always has a smile on his face and is always so polite and listen to whatever I throw at him. I got denied a refund from the tire company and he contacted them for me and got everything straightened out for me. Now I'm getting my refund, Thank you Chuck.
