I was never contacted before repairs were made. I was told multiple different things on what I was being charged for. I had told I was a regen charge then the regen took this long. Jamie told me my I was told multiple different things on what I was being charged for. I had told I was a regen charge then the regen took this long. Jamie told me my warranty wouldn't cover it due to poor maintenance. My warranty said it was because I was being over charged time. Their book says it takes .2 of an hour to do the repair and even at 3 times that's still .6 of an hour not the two hours I was being charged for. Then Jamie said their book says it's .5 of an hour and again at even 3 times it's still not 2 hours and at the end I was charged for another diagnostic fee when it was all part of the first fault to begin with. I did pay the bill but won't be back and within 24 hours of picking up my car the check engine like is back on. But I won't bring it back to this shop. I will take it somewhere else that can be honest up front. More
