Pleasant experience at first, waited to review I was very pleased with my experience at first. However, my engine light popped not even a week later. I called of course. It's out of their hands. I do believe they knew about the issue. First oil change was absolutely black, just sludge. They got this as a trade in & flipped it quick. I was promised Weather Tech mats, have yet to receive them and it's been almost 2 months. I'm not from the area & taking off work is not an option. I wanted to wait to review, to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I had to eat the cost of repairs. Unfortunately, they fell short. More

I had been looking for a newer Chevy Traverse for several months and couldn't find what I wanted in the KC Metro area. On a whim, I expanded my search and found an unbelievably low priced Traverse at Bennett Buick GMC that was exactly what I wanted. After settling on a great price over the phone with Braydon and Chris (the GM), my wife and I made the drive to check it out. The car was cleaner than what the pictures showed and we signed all the paperwork with Ryan that day. Braydon even made the trip a couple of days later to KC to deliver our car and take our trade in away...talk about service! The staff at Bennett Buick GMC made this the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They were polite, straight forward and the facility was clean and professional looking.
