However, just as important was the service Brandon Jeffrey, Mike Bettles and Ryan Nease provided. All knew the details about Encores and answered my questions politely without hesitation. Not once did I feel put down or foolish as a woman car shopping. Their follow up was just as helpful and appropriate.
