Service was terrible. Brought my car in for an oil change first thing in the morning. Told them I’d be coming around 12. When I get there to pick it up. The file had not been closed, and my service person was on break. Several other employees couldn’t figure out why file wasn’t closed. Seemed like everyone was on break and couldn’t care less. I had to wait an extra 45 mins to pay and leave. When driving away I noticed severe shaking. I brought it back and had it rectified after about an hour. I had tires rotated and needed to be rotated back. Overall wasted a lot of time and money for a tire rotation I did not need More
