Sold me a car with a known air bag problem. I purchased a 2011 Volvo that i was told was inspected and safe. Turns out the car had a known air bag fault code that was covered up. When i contacted the dealer for a resolution, i was told it wasn't their problem and that i should contact a Volvo dealer to get it fixed. Would never buy from this dealer again. More

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SERVICE CENTER . I was told I had $1500 worth or repairs. I had an engineer friend go to the dealer to review the repairs listed for me and he was handed a differe . I was told I had $1500 worth or repairs. I had an engineer friend go to the dealer to review the repairs listed for me and he was handed a different list (they took items off), his report was $1000. As for the items listed, there were repairs on there that were unnecessary but I was told they were critical. I was directed to the lead mechanic (the manager is not there until the 7th), Tom Ryan, to get reimbursed for my false diagnostic but he said they did the work and will not reimburse even though they were caught being dishonest. You would think a manager would review the paperwork and admit to their mistake or take the time to review his employees' paperwork. I never write a review but for all the women out there, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER for repairs they will take advantage of you. My car is now driving perfectly no thanks to them but thanks to me I did not have them service one thing. Unfortunately, I have been taking my car to them for years not knowing they were this type of service center and I'm sure I've wasted a lot of money on a crooked service center. Very disheartening. Although on a good note, Jaree, the intake service tech was excellent. She called me back right away and even gave me her cell. She had excellent customer service, unfortunately, I believe she is working for a dishonest service center. More
