Holman Honda Service This is my maintenance service dealer, I always get good & courteous service. I was impress with the Tech video of the multi-inspection of my car, aft This is my maintenance service dealer, I always get good & courteous service. I was impress with the Tech video of the multi-inspection of my car, after several recommendations, I chose to do some but not all. I was instructed that my battery had failed, which explains why I had to jump started it several days earlier but after running the car the battery held the charge and kept working without any trouble, but they recommended a new battery, my complaint, was that battery was still under coverage, a new battery would have cost me $189.00; I went home and went through my previous service paper invoices and found out that the battery was still under warranty. I called my service advisor Mark Green and explained this matter and he immediately looked up the old invoice and ask me to bring the car back, they would replace my battery free of charge because it had failed under warranty. I was totally impressed and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who needs service. Mark Green you are the best, Thank You. More
