I dropped my car off for warranty work. I was given a 2K recommended maintenance item bill. The vast majority of them were for fluid changes (and brakes). My old honda dealership ( and i called to confirm) said that you could pull the records from another honda dealership. Instead you recommended injector cleaning done (was done at 60k), brake fluid (done at 60K), CVT ( done at 60k). My car has 71k on it now that was also around 2 years ago so years not a factor. My car was FILTHY when i got it. Had clearly not been rinsed off etc. Bird xxxx even greasy fingerprints on the hood area. I called 3 times on monday trying to pick up my car, i was put on hold and put into general mailboxes 3 times because my service advisor was off that day. No one EVER called me back. First thing tuesday when they were back i get a call... Last for the 2nd time in 2 visits i have had a service writer not even know what is covered (or even what year my vehicle is). This happened when MIKE said that my 2017 honda pilot wasnt under warranty for injectors (it was) and again with Simon saying my 2018 accord was a 2017...not very reassuring. The work done was good however just the experiences around it. More

I don’t think I’ve ever encounter such exceptional customer service before! Brandon was amazing! He made the experience easy. He took all my info, including my warranty info. He arranged for a Uber to pick drop me off while they worked on my car. I didn’t even have to ask. Honestly I wouldn’t have even known it was a complimentary service they offered. A few hours later I got a text from the dealership with results from the diagnostic. What I found impressive is that there was a link they send you of a actual video of the technician showing you different things from the inspection; brakes, tire threads, etc. Then a clear breakdown of costs and even suggested repairs as well - VERY HIGH TECH! Brandon had already taken my warranty info and handled everything. My repairs was 100% covered. I didn’t have to call and wait on the phone to see what was covered. Then once my car was ready, they arranged for a Uber to pick me up. Lastly my car has been working perfectly and I’m now worry free. Oh wait, they even washed my car. Just amazing service. I didn’t feel like I was being taking advantage of. I will definitely go back for future issues and refer them to colleagues/friends! More
Poor service. Had an issue with the front tires on my car, they fixed it but obviously broke something else. I had the car towed to them so they fixed it again. They again fixed it and 2 days later it breaks down with the exact same error code as before. Yet Holman telling me this is coincidence! As much of a coincidence as a lighting would strike the same place twice in a couple of weeks More
Just finalized leasing my 2nd vehicle from Honda; picked up my new CRV car Friday.
