Poor call-back time I called several times to check on the status of my car. I was unable to be helped by anyone but my service advisor, including to simply check if my c I called several times to check on the status of my car. Despite my asking for a call when I dropped off my car so that I could figure out transportation arrangements, I only received that info after calling back myself over 5 hours later. It took over 2 hours to get confirmation that my car was in fact ready for pick up, despite calling 3 times, different numbers, AND being assured that someone would give my service advisor my message and I would be called back shortly.. Horrible I had to wait 45 minutes to be check in when I set an appointment and I got there before time. When picking up my car he wouldn’t show, so another service provider had to help out and all that service provider could say it’s crazy. More
