Poor Workmanship I brought my car to this dealership to have a factory recall on the passenger airbag replaced. The dash on my car was flawless and I took video of it I brought my car to this dealership to have a factory recall on the passenger airbag replaced. The dash on my car was flawless and I took video of it right before the work was done. I told the woman who checked my car in I would like to speak to the tech who was doing the work to tell him to be extra careful as I feared what actually happened would happen. She assured me she would tell him. They did the job and the tech damaged my dash by using a tool to pry it open without protection. I showed it to Eddy the service guy I was talking to, and he showed it to his boss who suggested his trim guy would touch it up. I told him that is not acceptable and asked him to order me a new top piece for the dash that got damaged. Instead of agreeing he told me he will get back to me with how they plan to proceed.
