Poor Service I spent 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and inspection and I had an appointment. The additional work to be performed was okay ( back tires/ alignment/ b I spent 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and inspection and I had an appointment. The additional work to be performed was okay ( back tires/ alignment/ battery ) until they said I would need windshield wipers replaced soon as I had only had them replaced with Honda wipers in November 2018 and felt your product should last more than 6 months. I felt at that point that I was being ripped off. More

Terrible experience I made a 2pm appointment for an oil change. I was told it would be around 45 minutes so I decided to sit and wait. After waiting an hour and 15 minute I made a 2pm appointment for an oil change. I was told it would be around 45 minutes so I decided to sit and wait. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes I went looking for the associate who I made the appointment with, but he was no where to be found. After trying to get some assistance for the next 30 minutes, someone was finally able to get my car for me. They tried to tell me I needed to change my cabin air filter, which my husband had just changed for me the week prior. They didn’t wash my car for me. And when I got home, my check tire pressure light came on. I left a voicemail when I got home and no one has gotten back to me yet. I was there for a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes and when I asked why my car wasn’t washed, they said it would take more time. More time than an hour and 45 minutes?! No thank you. More

Amazing service They worked me in as my car battery was dying. Had I turned my car off one more time, it would not have started back up. Jere Estrill Jeree was fantastic .I had mentioned that I didn’t understand some of the icons on my dashboard, so in addition to facilitating my scheduled service, Jeree was fantastic .I had mentioned that I didn’t understand some of the icons on my dashboard, so in addition to facilitating my scheduled service, she took me right out to my car and explained the use of the icons. She also went over other things I hadn’t made use of. The service was done with minimal wait time and even enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. Thank you, Jeree!
